Drug administration / treatment

D35-200FW Usage: Pipetting drug during time-lapse imaging by simply removing the Top Lid.
The Feedback Sensor feeds back the actual media temperature to Controller for temperature regulation. Can be used for only Feedback incubator series.
D35GFW

Usage: Pipetting drug during time-lapse imaging by simply removing the Top Lid. The sample temperature is maintained with its setting temperature.
Modified solution access port(s) on the Top Heater allows drug administration without opening the Top heater.
This setup is recommended for short-time live cell imaging due to the the dish lid cannot be placed on the dish.

Perfusion application
Controlling media perfusion provides a more stable, optimal culture environment. When the Chamber Unit is customized with IN/OUT perfusion access ports, media exchange is possible while maintaining the desired culture environment.
